The 2026 Spring Meeting of the General Conference Executive Committee will be conducted as a hybrid meeting, on-site at the General Conference and online. Those who will meet on-site are the GC Executive Committee members and invitees who work at the General Conference headquarters building, division officers, officers of attached unions, and union presidents who have confirmed with their respective divisions and will attend at their own expense. All other committee members and invitees will join Spring Meeting online via Zoom.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2026 Spring Meeting in the hybrid environment! The meetings will take place April 14 and 15, 2026.
As we look forward to this meeting we are praying with a shared burden for God’s mission in this world. Your presence and prayerful engagement will help shape decisions that advance the everlasting gospel to every nation, tribe, language, and people. We trust that the Holy Spirit will unite our hearts, clarify our purpose, and send us forward renewed in our commitment to Christ and His mission.

Check-In On-Site
Committee members and invitees attending on-site are required to check-in at the North End Conference Room on Monday, April 13, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Late check-in will be at the Business Center. Committee members attending solely online are not required to check-in.
